After finalizing a successful football carreer, I could not resist the microbe to keep pigeons for myself.

In fact, it seems logic, because I was one of the four sons, who's father had already pigeons since 1940. In the 70's, I had constructed a house in the maalzaakstraat 3 te Etikhove, a subvillage of Maarkedal, located in the middle of the Flemish Ardennes, between the hills of the Eikenberg, Taaienberg en Koppenberg.

Later on, the existing sheds were transformed in wide and open bird cages.
